The Food and Drugs Authority (FDA) has approved two more vaccines for use in Ghana.
A statement issued by the FDA said it has approved the importation and distribution and use of Moderna (Spikevax) and Pfizer-BioNTech (Comirnaty).
The approval brings the total number of approved Covid-19 vaccines for use in Ghana to five.
The approved vaccines are Sputnik V, Covishield, Covid-19 Vaccine Jassen, Moderna (Spikevax) and Pfizer-BioNTech (Comirnaty).
