The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Cheezy Pizza lawyer Edwin Quartey has turned 61 years today.
His success story is how he has managed to turn his passion into a successful business with several branches, creating jobs for several young people in the Ghanaian culinary scene.
To the lawyer, nothing means so much to him than his pizza business, which he says is doing very well in Ghana’s culinary scene.
Over the years, the lawyer says he finds so much fun in his current business than his legal profession.
He had in the past told the media that he was having fun with the pizza business.
”My passion for law is not like it used to be. My passion now is for my pizza business. Sometimes I can’t wait to wake up to start making pizza and making sure that everything is right. I used to have that passion for law like that; waking up early and going to jails, chasing clients, and chasing other lawyers, but I don’t have that passion anymore. Pizza is my passion now,” he had said.
Mr. Quartey returned to Ghana over ten years ago to start his Pizza business and has not regretted his decision.
Cheezy Pizza is one of the most exquisite pizza outlets in Ghana, providing a variety of pizza menu, including pepperoni, margherita, four-cheese margherita, veggie lovers, BBQ chicken, fruit pizza, and more.

The company has over ten branches and still counting.
The business is expected to be expanding to Nigeria very soon and other parts of Ghana.
