The Police has arrested two suspects in connection to the death of a Policewoman at Nkawkaw in the Eastern Region.
The two suspects, namely:Timothy Dampare, 50, a lotto agent and Richard Nimo, 30, the manager of Misiho Hotel, have been arrested in connection with the death of Policewoman Lance Corporal Sarah Adjei at Nkawkaw in the Eastern Region.
The female police officer has been found dead in a hotel room at nkawkaw in the Eastern Region.
The officer left behind a handwritten note in the hotel room.
According to the police, the officer booked and lodged at the hotel at midday on August 7, 20211.
Later in the evening at about7 pm, the manager of the hotel checked on the deceased only to find her lying dead.
The Police were subsequently informed.
A team went to the hotel and secured the crime scene.
She was found lying in a prone position on the floor in the hotel room.
The Police found blood on the nostrils with swollen right cheek when the body was inspected.
The handwritten note she left behind read: ”Dear M.r Dampare, I told you I owed people money and you decided to help me, and you have been with me in my house and you have refused to help me, so if anything happen(s) you have cause it Mr. Timothy Dampare . Thank you.”
Eight envelopes were also found, one had the name Mr. Timothy Dampare written on it.
A mirror , blue pen , padlock key, and eleven cedis sixty pesewas were also found.
