The New Patriotic Party (NPP), in their 2016 manifesto, made several promises for the various security services.
The NPP promised to construct two new training schools for the Ghana Police Service.
It further promised to construct two new Police Hospitals, but the government is yet to fulfil that pledge.
It further promised to build two new Prison Service Hospitals in the northern and southern sectors of the country.
However, the party is tey to fulfil these promises to the security services.
The party aside from these promises pledged to construct new fire service stations in each district of the country where there is none.
