The founder and leader of Glorious Word Power Ministry International, Prophet Owusu Bempah, has commended the National Chief Imam Sheikh Osman Sharabutu for donating Ghc50,000 towards the construction of the National Cathedral.
The man of God said the respected Islamic leader must be commended for his generosity.
He stated that the act by the Chief Imam was laudable and one that is ”wonderful”.
Prophet Bempah said he was happy to have read that Chief Imam supported the Catherdral.
‘The Chief Imam has done well. He has donated towards the construction of the National Cathedral. He is a Muslim and has donated towards the construction of a Cathedral. That was commendable.
He has, however, slammed Captain Smart for describing men of God and Christians as hypocrites.
The host of Maakye, on Onua TV, described Christians as hypocrites following the donation by the Chief Imam.
He said Christians should not have accepted the money since they say Muslims will not make it to Heaven.
He also asserted that no Christian or the top men of God have contributed to the Cathedral.
But addressing the issue last Sunday, during a church service, Prophet Bempah said some men of God have contributed towards the Cathedral but do not want to make it public.
He asked the journalist to check his facts before commenting on an issue like this.
