The Member of Parliament for South Dayi, Rockson-Nelson Dafeamekpor, has for the third time sued the government.
He is suing the government over its failure to complete the 200 Community Day Senior High School (SHS) projects initiated by the John Mahama administration.
The MP, in his writ, argued that the governing New Patriotic Party’s (NPP) failure to complete the projects constitute misuse and waste of public funds and property.
