The Ghana Police Service has apologized to journalists who were assaulted by church members of Prophet Isaac Owusu Bemepah when they went to court to report on proceedings.
The Police, in a statement, said their attention was drawn to reports that journalists were prevented from entering the courtroom.
It said the Police is studying the footage of the alleged assault of some journalists to identify the persons who committed the offence.
According to the Police, it will deal with the offenders involved.
