Aspiring National Chairman of the New Patriotic Party (NPP)< Ishmael Ashitey has congratulated the nominated Metropolitan, Municipal and District Chief Executives.
In a statement, the former Greater Accra Regional Minister told the nominees that the appointment given them must help them bring development at the grassroots level and all sectors of job creation Social Developments and Basic Amenities.
He appealed to all the over 7000 Assembly Members nationwide, as a matter of urgency to go to their various Assemblies and make sure that their various nominees are confirmed.
He further asked Ghanaians especially, party supporters, to accept the nominations by the President.

HON ISHMAEL AHITEY CONGRATULATE’S MMDCE’S NOMINEES
I write to formally congratulate all the 260 President Nominees for the MMDCE’S positions and wish them the very best of luck.
This mandate been offered you is to enable you bring Development at the Grassroot level, in the sectors of Job Creation, Social Developments and Basic Amenities.
I want to use this medium to call on the over 7000 Assembly Members nationwide, as a matter of urgency to go to their various Assemblies and make sure that their various Nominees are confirmed.
I also want to appeal to all true patriots of the New Patriotic Party in the 275 Constituencies that constitutes the 260 MMDA’S to accept the President’s Nominees in good fate and therefore rally prayers and goodwill supports for them to succeed in their new offices, because when they succeed Ghana succeed and we all as a nation will benefit from it.
I want to plead with party members from the Odododiodio,Tema Central and Chereponi, Lower West Akyem, Nsawam Adoagyiri, Abuakwa South constituencies who are aggrieved because their choice’s of MMDCE’S were not chosen to let tampers calm since that is not the end of the road, but they should rally unflinching support to those who have been chosen to succeed.
Before I conclude, I want to encourage all sympathisers of the NPP to make sure that they will have their Data’s captured in the Party’s ongoing polling station Register’s compilation.
The exercise which is the foundation for the organization of delegates congress starting from January 2022 will end in the next 7days (Thursday 30th September 2021).
Finally, I want to implore all nominees that after their confirmation, they will ensure Development in Freedom at their various Assemblies and continue to Support His Excellency Nana Addo Dankwa Akuffo Addo, the New Patriotic Party and the good people of Mother GHANA.
