The Ghana Police Service has disclosed that the kidnapping of the ‘pregnant woman’ was fake.
The Police say their preliminary investigation had revealed the victim was never pregnant.
According to the Police, a medical examination by medical professionals disclosed she was never pregnant.
Three suspects have so far been arrested in connection to the matter and assisting the Police with investigations.
It said the victim could have conspired with some persons to fake her kidnapping with the hope of making money from them.
