A suspected lesbian by the name of Gifty Obolo has allegedly stabbed his male fiancee to death after he caught her cheating.
The young lady allegedly stabbed the fiancee, Kuutah, following a misunderstanding.
The incident occurred at Asante Akyem Asankare of the Ashanti region.
Information gathered by Rainbow Radio indicated that the fiancee allegedly caught the suspect in the act with some other young ladies.
An eyewitness who spoke to Nyankonton Mu Nsem stated that the suspect had asked the fiancee not to visit her on the day of the incident.
However, the deceased went to visit the fiancee, and unknown to him, his fiancee and some other ladies were having sex.
This led to a misunderstanding between the two following which the other ladies left.
After the ladies had left, the suspect allegedly assaulted Kuutah, allegedly grabbed a knife, and allegedly stabbed him multiple times.
She then called a taxi driver and asked him to come to pick the fiancee and send him to the hospital because she had stabbed him.
The driver told her she was not around.
The suspect then went on the run.
The taxi driver reportedly called other friends and informed them about the incident.
The persons he called went to the house where the incident occurred.
However, efforts to seek medical care for the young man proved futile as he was declared dead on arrival at the hospital.
Meanwhile, the suspect has been arrested in Accra by the Police and assisting with investigations.
The suspect the eyewitness added trades in tramadol, marijuana, and other drugs.
The shocking aspect of the matter is that her father is a police officer, a situation which has shocked the residents, the eyewitness said.
