The Police have arrested the driver of a black Mercedes Benz, who was captured in a video driving recklessly at the airport traffic light intersection in Accra.
The driver has been identified as Kofi Sasa.
The Airport Police have confiscated the car and the driver is in custody.
He was first seen stationed in traffic. But suddenly drove into the middle of the four-lane road and started driving in tight circles.
He then drove off whilst the light was still red.
