The Tema Regional Police Command has arrested suspect Dordzi Dzidefo, who has been on the run since July this year, for alleged robbery and rape committed on July 13, 2021.
A statement issued by the Police said the suspect, a motor rider, was hired by the victim from Kakasunanka No. 1 in Golf City.
But the suspect took a different route in the middle of the journey under the p[reetex of dodging police barrier.
He, however, ended up robbing the victim and allegedly raping her at knifepoint.
