Interior Minister Ambrose Dery has imposed a curfew on Bawku Municipality and its environs.
The curfew was imposed following a threat of insecurity in the communities concerned.
The Minister admonished the Chiefs and people in the area to exercise restraint in the face of the challenges.
One person died on Tuesday, November 23, 2021, following a chieftaincy dispute in the area.
