Retail and marketing outfit for Shell and Engen branded fuels, Vivo Energy, has marked its first ten years in the oil business.

The leadership of the company says, the last ten years has been a fruitful one and that it looks ahead to more productive years in helping advance the economy of nations.

Corporate Communications Manager, Shirley Tony Kum, speaking on Nyankonton Mu Nsem on Rainbow Radio 87.5Fm, said the company has consistently served customers well.

He posited that the company has only sold quality products in 23 African countries.

She said their customers have consistently believed in the brand and supported the company in becoming a leading brand in the sub-region.

She explained that the customers had been the ”centre of the business” for VIVO Energy”.

”When you talk of customer satisfaction and customer loyalty, Shell is a lead brand, and we will continue to lead and provide the best service to our customers.

She said the retail offering from VIVO Energy includes fuels, lubricants, card services, shops and other non-fuel services (e.g. oil change and car wash).

The company provide fuels and lubricants to business customers across a range of sectors including mining and manufacturing.

Jet fuel is sold to customers through a partnership with Vitol Aviation.
