Residents of Agape, a community in the Greater Accra Region have demanded better roads.
The aggrieved residents embarked on a demonstration on Friday morning (December 10, 2021) in protest against the bad roads in the area.
Wielding placards with several inscriptions, the residents said they are part of the country and want a fair share of the national cake.
The demonstrators argued that since the year 2021 is a year of roads, they want the government to repair the deplorable nature of their roads.
Commuting on the roads in the area they lamented was terrible and a threat not only to their businesses but lives.
Chanting songs, the residents said the roads in the area were poor and must be repaired with immediate effect.
