A 41-Year-Old Chainsaw Operator, Albert Quansah, popularly known as Joe Operator, has allegedly defiled and impregnated his sister-in-law’s 15-years-old daughter.
He allegedly failed the victim, who is deaf and dumb at Twifo Nkohunuho In The Twifo Atti-morkwa District of the Central Region and took to his heels.
The mother of the victim, Madam Norah Abagah, popularly known as Fatima, further explained to Rainbow Radio’s Oheneba Ambrose that, the family had travelled to Twifo Kayireku to observe a One-week Celebration of their Father-in-law who recently passed away.
She said that was where the incident occurred.
Madam Fatima further explained that she noticed some physical and behavioural changes in her 15-year-old daughter after the one-week celebration.
She then interrogated her daughter who disclosed to her that Joe Quansah had defiled her.
The case has since been reported to the Twifo-Atti Morkwa District Social Warfare Directorate, and investigation has commenced.
