A former player of English League Club Chelsea, Willian Borges da Silva has named some three players he believes were the best during his days at the team.
He made the remarks in recent interviews he granted on podcasts and other platforms.
He was speaking on his experience at Chelsea and the legacies he left behind.
During the interview, he was asked who his favourite players were in the Chelsea Squad, and he picked out three players who happen to be Academy players.
He mentioned Callum Hudson Odoi, Recce James and Mason Mount.
He emphasised more on Recce James saying, “Recce James is my favourite. I like him, he is a very good player.”
He also went on to state that Recce James can become one of the best right-backs in the few years to come. I have seen him in training sessions and also played a couple of games with him.
Willian joined Arsenal in 2020 but now plays for Sports Club Corinthians Paulista.
