The Ghana Health Service has reviewed its guidelines for international arrivals for persons who will test positive upon arrival at the Kotoka International Airport.
As part of the new guidelines, the Ghana Health Service has introduced home isolation for eligible persons.
According to the GHS, the Port Health Unit upon assessment will allow eligible persons to undergo home isolation.
However, it would be under strict monitoring to ensure compliance with the protocols.
Persons who are not eligible for home isolation would be isolated at the designated National isolation centre or designated hotels.
