Residents at Tuba, a suburb of the Greater Accra Region woke up on Monday morning to witness a baby dumped in the area.
The baby was wrapped in a cloth and put into a box and dumped in a weedy area.
Some of the residents thought the box was containing money but to their surprise, the box contained a baby.
An eyewitness speaking on Rainbow Radio 87.5Fm stated that the residents who saw the box were scared of touching the baby.
They explained that they had already informed the Police about the issue but they have not made any effort to pick the baby.
