Captain Smart originally known as Blessed Godsbrain Smart, has been released.
The Maakye presenter met all the bail conditions at the Accra Circuit Court 8 to secure his release from police custody on Thursday, a day after he was granted bail.
The present was kept in the cells of the National Security but went ‘missing’ when his lawyers had gone to the National Security to visit him.
He was later found in a police cell at Greda Estates in Accra.
