Controversial marriage counsellor, Cyril George Carstensen Lutterodt, has given President Akufo-Addo 14-days to pass the E-Levy.
According to him, something will happen should the President fail to heed his call.
He believes the E-Levy was a good initiative that would help expand the local economy since we would depend on raising revenue locally and reducing the rate of our borrowing.
Appearing on the mid-morning show on Rainbow Radio 87.5Fm, the counsellor said he was in support of the levy.
“And my reason is I just took my time and my trouble to provoke an economist to explain to me what the E-LEVY was. And after a vivid explanation, I realized it was a good economic policy.”
To him, the levy and its disagreement are not about the NDC or NPP but rather the Finance Minister and other appointees.
He noted they have not been able to explain the idea to the understanding of the public.
He wants the government to employ the services of celebrities and explain them to them so they would also explain it to their fans.
He encouraged Ghanaians to support the levy since it would bring us development.
“This E-Levy must be passed, if it is not passed, something will happen, he said without disclosing what will happen when he spoke to Sokoohemaa Kukua.
