The National Executive Committee of the University Teachers Association of Ghana (UTAG) has agreed to temporarily suspend its strike.
A statement issued by leadership said they agreed to temporarily suspend the strike action in order to negotiate with the government.
UTAG has thus informed members that the temporal suspension will end on March 4, 2022.
The statement further disclosed that the government has agreed to improve their conditions of service.
