The Economic and Organized Crime Office (EOCO) has cautioned the public against the activities of Royal Gardens Network and Hubtle Mobile Money Lending.
The state body said these companies have not been registered to operate as online investment companies.
A statement issued by EOCO said the two companies are in the virtual space to defraud people.
EOCO said it discovered the companies entice their victims to invest online promising them huge returns.
The scheme being run by these companies was described as Ponzi/pyramid schemes by EOCO.
