Leader of government business in parliament Osei-Kyei-Mensah-Bonsu has stated that the government was still consulting on the E-Levy.
For this reason, the levy will not form part of the business to be considered by the House next week.
Presenting the business statement before the house on Friday, March 11, 2022, he said the consultation on the matter has not ended.
He assured the House that the government will present the bill when they have concluded their consultation.
He told the House the new date would be communicated to members when the consultations were over.
The Finance Minister had earlier indicated that the bill will be brought back to Parliament for further deliberation when the Hose reconvenes.
However, the bill has not been presented before the House after the House resumed several weeks ago.
