Residents living in Kasoa-Roman and it’s environs in the Central Region are bemoaning the water shortage situation in the area.
The residents complained bitterly that they have not had access to water for several weeks.
They currently depend on sachet water as their only source of water.
Rainbow Radio’s Kwabena Agyekum Banahene reporting on Nyankonton Mu Nsem disclosed that some of the residents had to walk for several hours before getting access to water.
Others are also depending on private water suppliers to provide them with water at an expensive cost.
He said the residents have complained that the water shortage is affecting their daily activities and interrupting with their lives.
