Thirty female commercial sex workers run to Christ

March 19, 2022

Thirty commercial sex workers have given up their trade and promised to give their lives to Christ.

The commercial sex workers gave their lives to Christ at Pokuase at a power-packed crusade dubbed “Jesus is the Answer” organized by the Christ Apostolic Church International (CAC), Grace Assembly at Pokuase.

Speaking on Nyankonton Mu Nsem on Rainbow Radio 87.5Fm, Rev. Thomas Awuku described the incident as glorious and was happy God has come into the lives of the commercial sex workers.

He hinted that the church will take steps to them in the Lord and offer them skills training so they would be able to learn a trade and gain the ability to be self-employed.

According to him, it would not be easy for the church but they would put in place measures to offer support for the new convents so they will stay in the house of the Lord.

He has since appealed to the public and Christians to offer any form of support they could so the church would be able to support the new convents.

Meanwhile, the church will today, Saturday, host the convents to a dinner dubbed ” Jesus Love Dinner “.

The man of God noted that the role of the church is to help the lost to regain a connection with God and that is what they will continue to do.

He was elated that these commercial sex workers as well as smokers, drunkards, and others also gave their lives to Christ.
