One person is reported dead, with several others injured following an accident on the highway of Sefwi Asawinso in Wiawso Municipality Western North Region.
The accident involved a V.I.P Yutong Bus with registration number ER-9955-16.
The bus was from Accra to Juaboso, but upon reaching the kingdom palace restaurant area, the driver is said to have lost control and hit an uncompleted storey building.
Some of the passengers accused the driver of being on his phone since they left the station.
Meanwhile, those who sustained injuries have been admitted at the Asafo Government Hospital for treatment.
