The Ministry of National Security has cautioned Ghanaians to desist from sending prank calls to the emergency numbers announced as the call line for the ‘See Something, Say Something’.
A statement issued by the Ministry commended the media for its support and disclosed that since the launch of the campaign, 10,000 calls were received in the first 30 hours.
However, the Ministry says the Majority of the calls were prank calls.
The Ministry assured the public that the call lines for the campaign were active and citizens are encouraged to desist from engaging in prank calls.
