Abronye DC retained as NPP Bono Regional Chair

The incumbent Bono Regional Chairman for the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Kwame Baffoe aka Abronye DC has retained his seat after delegates went to the polls to elect regional executives for the party.

He was re-elected after he polled 173 votes to beat Konlaabig Rasheed his main contender who obtained 84 of votes cast.

Some 26 candidates (23 men and 3 women)/went unto the race with 263 delegates voting in the exercise.

He expressed his gratitude to the delegates for retaining him their regional chair.
