The Ghana Police Service have arrested one person for possessing a pistol at the ongoing Arise Ghana demonstration (day two).
The man, who surrendered after he was caught with the weapon, has been sent to the Police station for further probe.
Rainbow Radio has gathered that organizers of the demonstration have asked all persons in possession of a weapon to surrender it.
Demonstrators stormed the El-wak sports stadium on Wednesday to embark on day two of the demonstration.
Several individuals, including 12 police officers, were injured on Tuesday after the Police fired tear gas after some protestors had pelted them with stones.
