A piece of disheartening information gathered from Odumase in the Sunyani West Municipality of the Bono Region indicates that the decomposed body of a man, Kwaku Manu, popularly known in the area as Alhaji or Borga, has been discovered in his room.
The deceased has been identified as a businessman who had travelled abroad but returned home after his quest for greener pastures failed.
It is reported that his marriage was on the verge of collapse, and that left him depressed and sad.
His body was discovered after several days after his alleged death.
Reporting from the area, Onaapa Abena Ataa, said a food vendor in the area called the attention of residents after she smelled an awful smell from the room of the deceased.
After the room was broken into, he was found in a decomposing position.
The police have since deposited the body at the morgue awaiting autopsy.
