A Japanese national, Morikawa Hikawu was arrested in Ghana upon a request by INTERPOL Tokyo, following a revocation of his passport by Japan.
The suspect was out before court and remanded in lawful custody awaiting to be deported, the Police said.
According to the Police, it is working closely with INTERPOL and the Japanese Embassy to have the Japanese national reported.
