Sustainable development expert Michael Ebo Amoah says the reason why President Akufo-Addo has not reshuffled his appointees is that he trusts them.
The lecturer noted that persons who are calling on the President to reshuffle don’t know the man Akufo-Addo.
He said if you are someday who knows President Akufo-Addo, you will not be surprised at the response he gave when asked why he has not reshuffled his appointees.
He was speaking to Kwabena Agyapong on Frontline on Rainbow Radio 87.5Fm. He said only death, can separate appointees from President Akufo-Addo because he trusts them since they have been with him for years.
”If Akufo-Addo trust and appoints you into his inner circle, it will take death for you to be separated from him.
”The man is always walking and doing everything by loyalty. It has its advantage and disadvantage,” he said.
He said several people, including Lord Commey and Abu Jinapor, remained loyal to the man.
He said the reason why the President has not reshuffled is that the appointees may have done him a political favour or they come way back with the President.
Meanwhile, he has also revealed that some appointees who have presidential ambition wrote to the president to resign, but he refused them and asked that they stay in office and not resign until the appropriate time.
