According to information obtained by Rainbowradioonline.com, Mr. Francis Aumadu, Acting National Director for Complementary Education Agency (CEA), has refused to retire despite reaching the retirement age of sixty.
Per details obtained, he is supposed to proceed on his terminal leave prior to his retirement on 3/7/2022.
However, he allegedly went to CAGD to change his birth date to 3/7/1963. Meanwhile, the date on all of his documents is 3/7/1962.
A whistleblower has filed a petition requesting that he be removed from office.
In the petition, the whistleblower said ”He has changed his date of birth at Controller and Accountant General Department to 3RD JULY 1963 Instead of his actual date of birth. Due to that Criminal act, he has been claiming that CAGD didn’t notify him that he was aged Sixty but,
A critical look at the Cards reveals his SSNIT number which puts his date of birth as 3RD JULY, 1962 making him 60 years on all his official documents.
Sir/Madam, the continual stay in office after his retirement is what makes it ILLEGAL and thus everything he does in office too becomes illegal as well.
The Ag. Director has since his appointment in 2003 sent off several retired officers as Regional Director and as Acting National Director. Thus he knows when tenure of officers elapsed and should retire.”

PETITION AGAINST ILLEGAL STAY OF ACTING NATIONAL DIRECTOR FOR COMPLEMENTARY EDUCATION AGENCY(CEA) IN OFFICE SINCE ATTAINING SIXTY YEARS ON 3RD JULY 2022.
I humbly petitioning your outfit as a WHISTLEBLOWER under whistleblowers act 720 for action against the ILLEGAL stay in office by MR. FRANCIS ASUMADU ( Acting National Director for Complementary Education Agency Formerly NON FORMAL EDUCATION DIVISION).
MR. FRANCIS ASUMADU, has reached his Mandatory RETIREMENT at age of sixty on 3RD JULY, 2022.
Every official DOCUMENTS of MR. FRANCIS ASUMADU Shows his date of birth as 3RD JULY, 1962 Starting from his Voter Identification Card, SSNIT card, Passports (Former and Current), Ghana Card, Birth Certificate and Curriculum vitae (CV) others .
Sir/Madam, the Ag. Director feels comfortable staying because :

The irony is his continual stay. Officially, the Government has not extended his stay.
He should have left with his TERMINAL LEAVE some months prior to his retirement.
I wish for action against his illegal stay to include:
- Removal from office,
- He should be Surcharge for every cost he has incurred as Ag. National Director since the end of his tenure of 60 years.
- He should be stopped from using the operational funds of the institution from undertaking numerous residential workshops while districts has not received any money since his appointment as Ag. National Director in 2017.
- He should again be charged for FORGERY
- He should be ask to render Apology to the State, Hon. Education Minister as well as the Division for acting DISHONESTLY by hiding his REAL date of birth as well as refusing to leave after retirement based on Article 199 Clause 1 of the Constitution.
