Kwame Owusu Frimpong, one of Ghana’s most talented radio producers, has laid his late father to rest.
His late father’s final funeral rites were held last week, with some of Ghana’s top politicians, public officers, family, friends, and other sympathizers mourning with the bereaved.
The producer’s father, Opanin Noah Osei Kwaku aka Kwaku Ayeni, was born in 1948 and died in 2022.
He was survived by his widow, Massam Ama Bad (Namong), 12 children, including Kwame Owusu Frimpong, 40 grandchildren, and seven great-grandchildren.

He died at the age of 74 and was described by the family as a credible, decent, family man who loved his children and others.
The final rites were held at Offinso-Namong, in the Ashanti Region.
Johnson Asiedu Nketiah, General Secretary of the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC), led party officials in mourning with the bereaved family.
Chief Biney Nixon, Deputy National Organizer of the NDC, Ruth Seddoh, Deputy National Youth Organizer, Kwaku Boahen, Owusu Banahene, Osman Nabali, a Communication Team Member, Kofi Dagarti, Benjamin Nsiah, Don Momo, Jatta Nana Yaw Bempong, Alex Osei Amoako, Joel Ofori Kwasi, Bawua KB and other top NDC officials also mourned with the bereaved family.

Kwame Owusu Frimpong has extended his gratitude to all those who joined him in mourning his late father.
