The Central Regional Health Director, Dr. Mrs. Akosua Agyeiwaa Owusu-Sarpong, has praised the Bawjiase Polyclinic for its outstanding performance over the years, which has seen it named Best Polyclinic in the Region for two consecutive years (2020/2021).
She was delivering a speech at the culmination of Bawjiase Polyclinic’s golden jubilee when she acknowledged the cooperation of individuals and cooperative bodies in bringing the facility this far.
Dr. Mrs. Owusu-Sarpong urged everyone to continue supporting the facility and go the extra mile.
Hon. Gizella Tetteh Abgotsui, Member of Parliament for Awutu Senya West, urged medical administrators to consider the plight of the sick person and always project a spirit of readiness to serve.
Nai Kwame Kurabi Opeikuma IV, Gyaase of Bawjiase and Mawere of Awutu Traditional Area, advised his subjects to remember their forefathers’ efforts in bringing the clinic to life so that more can be done to take the facility to the next level.
The theme of the 50th anniversary was achieving comprehensive health service delivery, leaving no stone unturned.
