Christian Kwabena Andrews, popularly known as Osofo Kyiri Abosom, a Ghanaian priest and politician, has stated that Vice President Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia and Trades Minister Alan Kwadwo Kyeremanten are not candidates for president.
The politician believes the two are involved in a joke and a concert and have no place near the presidency.
“Bawumia and Alan are jokers. They are thought to be economic wizards, but they have nothing to show for it. They are members and appointees of this inept government, yet they seek election to the highest office. That is the joke of the century, and Ghanaians should forgive me.”
“They have nothing better to offer us, and they have no business running for president,” he added.
When asked if the president had anything positive to offer Ghanaians, he said, “he had plans to do something good.” But he was let down by his inept ministers and appointees. He is, however, unable to admit this publicly.
Second, his father was booed for incompetence, and he [Nana Addo] has had a similar experience. His father was deposed because he was inept at dealing with economic hardship.”
