The case involving the death of Georgina Asor Botchwey, a student nurse in Sikafuambantem, a suburb of Mankessim in the Central Region, has been adjourned for the second time by the Cape Coast District Court.
The adjournment is to allow the Police to conduct their investigation into the matter.
The three defendants appeared in court today, Tuesday, October 4, 2022.
They include a middle-aged man who was allegedly hired by Tufuhene Nana Clark and another accomplice Michael Darko to dig the victim’s grave.
The three are still charged with conspiracy to murder and murder, in violation of section 46 of the Criminal and other Offences Act 1980, Act 29.
