Patience Asiedua, also known as Nana Agradaa, has been remanded into lawful custody by an Accra Circuit Court for the next three days.
She has pleaded not guilty to charges of Chalatanic advertisement and six counts of defrauding by false pretences.
The court, presided over by His Honour Samuel Bright Acquah, remanded her after hearing her lawyers’ bail application, which the prosecution opposed.
The court stated that no one knows what she would do next given her previous experience with the law regarding, ‘sika gari’ and now money doubling.
