The Member of Parliament for Builsa South, Dr. Clement Apaak, has reacted to comments made by Okyenhen Osagyego Amotia Ofori Payin to the effect that persons who insult Akufo-Addo are witches and villagers.
According to the overlord of Akyem Abuakwa, Ghanaians must recognize President Akufo-significant Addo’s contribution to the development of the country as a result of numerous policies, such as Free Senior High School, implemented since taking office.
“We must recognize the President’s achievement and thank him for his contributions to Ghana.” We need to defend and protect him.”
Reacting, Dr. Clement Apaak indicated that Nana Affo is cri9ticised for his failure and not insulted.
He stated that the president has presided over the worst economy in the country.
The MP posited that Ghanaians are going through excruciating pain due to the unprecedented corruption, mismanagement, cronyism and illegal mining activities, which he has shown commitment to fighting it.
”We don’t insult NADAA we criticise him for the: depreciating cedi, high cost of living, higher cost of fuel, excruciating hardship, corruption and cronyism, destruction of our environment via illegal mining among others. If that makes us villagers, witches and wizards, so be it”.
