In a recent interview with Kwabena Agyapong on Frontline on Rainbow Radio 87.5Fm, the renowned musician said although the globe is facing an economic crisis, the situation in Ghana is unbearable;e.

She argued the prices of basic goods and services are expensive.

She stated that in progressive economies such as the United States, prices drop when necessary and rise at a significant rate.

In Ghana, however, this is not the case, she said.

Dr. Precious Hannah Ewoo, a doctor of nursing practice professional, arrived in the country and examined the prices of some commodities, realizing the situation was not as exaggerated as some had claimed.

She also described the environment in our hospitals as not conducive and could escalate the health conditions of people who go there for medical care.

When asked if the situation is similar in the United States, she stated that it is affordable. We can afford high-priced items. Food is not that expensive in the United States. Food should be reasonably priced.”
