Vice President Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia has urged the Back Stars to go on and play their hearts out in the ongoing Qatar FIFA World Cup.
Dr. Bawumia, in a message, said the moment has come for the Black Stars to take on the world.
He said we have a group of talented players who have been selected to represent the team at the World Cup.
He opined the players ”cannot be intimidated” by anyone.
”I want to urge the Black Stars to go on and play their hearts out for mother Ghana. We can stand the world. We have done it before and can do it again.”
He charged them to emulate their predecessors who represented Ghana in the past.
”They [Black Stars] should go out and emulate the historic deeds of their predecessors. God bless you all. We can do it. Go Ghana Go! Go Black Stars Go!”
