A 31-year-old man has allegedly been beaten to death in the Ekumfi district of the central region.
According to Odikro of Dunkwa, Nana Kwasi Amoah V, the incident occurred three days ago when he was beaten and abandoned by the side of the road.
The body was discovered Thursday morning, Rainbowradioonline.com gathered.
Mr. Ekow Baidoo, the unit committee chairman of the Ekumfi Dunkwa Electoral Area, also stated that he believes the man was beaten and left to die because, based on the body, he was inflated with a cutlass on his head and brought from somewhere to the area.
Meanwhile, Aziz, a Fulani, has been identified as the deceased.
The body was later deposited at the mortuary.
