Renowned marriage counsellor Rev. Charlotte Oduro has described as unfortunate and unhealthy the public admission by Rev. Christian Kwabena Andrew, the founder of Life Assembly Worship Centre, popularly known as Osofo Kyiri Abosom, that he cheated on his wife.
The woman of God stated that she was shocked to learn that the man of God was proud of having extramarital affairs.
She pointed out that everyone makes mistakes. However, when we make mistakes, we should not take pride in our mistakes. Those who take pride in their sins are among the most dangerous types of people. Such people make me nervous”.
“Whatever the reason, I don’t think it was appropriate to come out in this manner. This issue did not have to be made public. If there is a problem, the family that accepted the marriage should sit down and resolve any disagreements. I don’t have the authority to say who did wrong, but the way the man of God handled the situation was improper.”
She was on Rainbow Radio 87.5FM’s Weekend Morning Show with host Nhyiraba Kwabena Asirifi.
“Marriage is fraught with difficulties, and if everyone complained, you’d hear stories. We all have problems, and the best way to solve them is to accuse and claim each other. If you are married and you are unable to continue, you walk away peacefully to avoid tarnishing your partner’s image”.
