Chief Executive Officer of Ghanaian club Cheetah FC Abdul-Hayye Yartey has described the death of Christian Arsu as extremely painful.
The man who discovered Christian Atsu said he was lost for words because the death of the footballer was shocking for him.
”This is a painful experience, but we can only thank God. If you lose someone like Atsu, obviously you would not be in a good mood.”
He described the footballer as a generous individual who was involved in a number of charitable endeavours.
H has also revealed that Atsu, while still alive, ran an orphanage that benefited over 70 people.
According to Abdul-Hayye Yartey, the team feel the pain of Atsu’s death more because of his kind-heartedness.
“Christian was an angel on earth and it is going to be very very difficult to replace him. Not only because of his talent but because of the person that Christian was.
