The Ghana Football Association (GFA) has officially unveiled coach Chris Hughton as the coach for the senior national team, the Black Stars.
Speaking at the ceremony, the coach stated that he would develop the players at his disposal and create a winning mentality to help achieve some success.
The ceremony was held at the SG Mall in Kumasi in the Ashanti region on Monday, March 20, 2023.
“There will be questions, why is this player playing and why is that player playing, but ultimately I want to see a winning team and…using the players to the best of their abilities,” Chris Hughton said.
“My standing and credentials at this level I think that is good. I have a lot of experience as a head coach and I will use that experience to pick the team, pick the players and adjust to less training and preparation time for a game.”
