The forms were picked by Dr Aboagye Dacosta, the current Director of Health Promotion at the Ghana Health Services (GHS); Opanyin Yaw Baah, a former Member of Parliament (MP) for Kumawu; Obaapa Ama Serwaa, Ernest Anim, Dr Philip Yaw Barnor, Edward Kofi Osei, Kwame Appiah Kubi, and Owusu Bempah.
The NPP is expected to hold the primary on Sunday, April 23, 2023, to elect a parliamentary candidate to represent it in the by-election.
