NAMAL Real Estate, one of Ghana’s most trusted land and construction companies, has debunked accusations that mechanics, shoe shine guys, tiny dealers, and other small-scale enterprises cannot own land.

Interested parties that can pay cash for the land will receive 100 free blocks.
Those who prefer to pay in instalments over a year would pay Ghc12,000.
