Vice President Dr Mahamudu Bawumia has paid a visit to the Black Stars ahead of their 2026 World Cup qualifying game against Central Africa Republic on Monday night.
The team is playing host to the Wild Beast of Central Africa Republic at the Baba Yara Stadium at 7pm.
The presidential candidate of the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP) is currently in Kumasi as part of his campaign tour.
The Vice President during his visit motivated the players to deliver in their game against Central Africa Republic.
He was accompanied by the Sports Minister, Ussif Mustapha.
The entourage was received by the President of the Ghana Football Association, Kurt Okraku and head coach of the Black Stars, Otto Addo.
