Gospel musician Joe Mettle has disclosed that his ministry extends beyond Ghana’s borders, which leads to more performances.
He revealed this during an interview with Sokoohemaa Kukua for Rainbow Radio 87.5 FM’s Midmorning show.
When the host questioned the musician why he gets to perform at such big venues, he credited it to God and the fact that his ministry extends beyond Ghana’s borders.
He stated that his ministry has blessed countless people in Ghana and beyond, and as a result, he is able to appear at events and programmes.
“I think it is just God who touches the hearts of the people to invite you. And in addition, if the ministry you have is also reaching out to a wider audience beyond just your shores, more people are blessed not only in Ghana but also outside Ghana. So over time, they would want you in person to come fellowship with them, and so that is what causes some of the invitations,” he said.
The musician is currently preparing to host this year’s edition of his annual Praise Reloaded praise and worship concert.
The free event is slated for June 30, 2024, at the Accra Sports Stadium.
This year’s Praise Reloaded, themed “The Holy Spirit Encounter,” will feature an all-star performance.
Other gospel ministers expected to perform at the event include MOG, Ohemaa Mercy, Pastor Isaiah, Nathaniel Bassey, Sunmisola Agbebi, Kofi Peprah, Luigi, Enuonyam, Team Eternity Ghana, and Jumbo Aniebiet.
Gates will open at 1 p.m., with the event beginning promptly at 3 p.m.
